**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, purchase order creation, and vendor follow-up.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of goods ordered and received.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support logistics and distribution planning to ensure smooth material flow across branches or locations.
- Track shipments, handle documentation, and coordinate with transport partners.
- Prepare and analyze **Supply Chain & Logistics** reports and present findings to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Assist in process improvements to optimize **Supply Chain & Logistics** operations.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Supply Chain & Logistics Management**, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in **Supply Chain & Logistics** or procurement preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory software.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
