The Service Coordinator will act as the central hub for managing service complaints post sales.Technician deployment, spare parts procurement, and client communication specifically for reefer (refrigerated) containers. This role ensures smooth service operations, accurate documentation, and compliance with SLAs while safeguarding perishable cargo integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**

Central contact point for reefer post sales service
- Receive, document and classify reefer container service complaints
- Call clients post-resolution to capture feedback and ensure reefer performance standards were met.
- Complete complaint forms with reference to equipment type
- Escalate SLA breaches and unresolved reefer complaints to the Service Manager.

Technician & Logistics Coordination
- Plan technician travel, tools, and cold chain-specific consumables for on-site jobs.
- Ensure technicians are properly briefed on reefer-specific troubleshooting (electrical, compressor, control panel, temperature calibration).
- Track and process technician travel expenses.
- Procurement & Billing Support
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for reefer-specific spare parts (compressors, controllers, sensors, refrigerants).
- Upload invoices referencing complaint numbers and reefer container IDs.
- Summarize expenses (travel, reefer spares, consumables) and coordinate billing.
- Documentation & Reporting

Maintain digital archives of all reefer service documents (POs, invoices, GRNs, test run sheets).
- Track and document resolution times and container downtime.
- Generate weekly service reports (open/closed reefer jobs, TAT, spares usage).
- Support audit readiness with organized cold chain service data.
- Contract & AMC Management
- Maintain AMC database for reefer containers with client contracts and renewal tracking.
- Tag complaints as Warranty, AMC, or Paid, and process accordingly.
- Ensure preventive maintenance jobs are scheduled with required reefer consumables (filters, refrigerants, calibration kits).

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Engineering/Operations (preferably Mechanical/Electrical background).
- 2-4 years’ experience in reefer container service coordination or related cold chain service industry.
- Strong understanding of reefer container systems (Carrier, Thermo King, Daikin, Star Cool).
- Familiarity with spare parts sourcing and warranty/AMC handling.
- Proficiency with MS Office/ERP systems for service reporting.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and client communication skills.

**Performance Metrics**
- SLA compliance and reefer downtime reduction.
- Accuracy of reefer service documentation and reports.
- Spare parts availability and turnaround.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
