Hiring for **Supply Chain & Procurement ( Capex - Civil & Interiors ) with Leading for Hospitality Industry.**

Job Role:
**Responsible for managing the procurement and supply chain activities related to civil and interior projects. This role involves coordinating with vendors, negotiating contracts, sourcing materials, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to meet project requirements.**

Key Responsibilities:
**- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand procurement requirements for civil and interior projects.**

**- Identify potential suppliers/contractors and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and quality to build a reliable supplier base.**

**- Source and select materials, fixtures, fittings, and equipment required for civil and interior projects.**

**- Evaluate supplier quotations and proposals, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders or contracts.**

**- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, including negotiating contracts and terms of agreements.**

**- Conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual obligations.**

**- Develop Rate cards, procurement plans and strategies to ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and services.**

**- Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier performance management.**

**- Monitor market trends and stay updated with new products, materials, and technologies to optimize procurement decisions.**

**- Monitor and control project expenditures related to procurement activities, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.**

**- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, supplier performance, and related documentation.**

**- Preparation of reports, presentations, and analyses for management review.**

Qualifications and Skills:
**- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.**

**- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.**

**- Familiarity with civil and interior materials, fixtures, fittings, and equipment commonly used in construction projects.**

**- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.**

**- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.**

**- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.**

Experience**:

- 7 to 12 Years**

Salary**:

- 11 LPA upto**
