**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Field Sales Executive** for **IT Services** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales in the field. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through face-to-face interactions and relationship building.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and customer feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
