**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to be responsible for engaging with key distributors by visiting various showrooms in your designated area to promote the range of home appliances. Your primary objective will be to convince distributors and managers to stock and market the products. You will play a crucial role in expanding market reach and ensuring the products are available to a wider customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit showrooms, and markets in your assigned territory.
- Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of our home appliances.
- Convince distributors and managers to stock and market products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to the management team.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

**Qualification and Requirements**:

- Education level: Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
- Experience: 0-5 Years of experience in Field Sales.

**Specific Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- Experience in field sales
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Language: Hindi and English Fluency

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
- Salary will be Min Rs.15,000/- and Max Rs.25,000/- & above (Depend on experience & interview)
- Incentive Extra
- Petrol Allowance Rs.3/- per KM
- Official Time
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Week Off on: Sunday
- Competitive salary and benefits package will be offered based on qualifications and experience
