**Salary**: -18,000 25,000 per month

Experience:
- Total experience: -3 years of experience in retail sales
- Minimum experience: -1-2 years of experience as client relations executive or similar role

Education: -High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus.

Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

**Profile Introduction**:
As a Sales Executive in our retail clothing store, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect outfits, upselling additional items, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for fashion, and a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting clothing items, sizes, and accessories.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a neat and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and merchandise displays.
- Proactively approach customers to promote current promotions and sales events.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English.

**Salary**: ₹216,000.00 per year
