**Role Summary**:
**Key Requirements**:

- Strong experience in **field hiring** (Retail, FMCG, Quick Commerce, or Warehouse preferred)
- Must be comfortable in **Hindi & Gujarati**
- **Bike & Valid Driving License (DL) Mandatory**
- Ready for **on-ground recruitment** (field visits, local sourcing, market hiring, etc.)
- Source and hire packers, pickers, stackers, loaders, and other operational roles through **field visits, vendor tie-ups, local centres, and job camps**.
- Plan and organize **walk-in drives, field recruitment events**, and mobilization campaigns.
- Maintain regular coordination with **operations, HR, and onboarding teams**.
- Maintain accurate daily/weekly hiring data and MIS reports.
- Ensure recruitment targets are met as per manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong local hiring network and community references.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
