Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell loan products (e.g., Personal Loans) to potential customers.

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calls, and digital campaigns.

Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, etc.) for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Maintain updated records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.

Meet assigned monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Adhere to compliance, operational, and regulatory standards.

**Requirements**:
Education: Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).

Experience: 1-3 years in loan sales with an NBFC, Bank, or DSA.

**Skills**:Strong communication and persuasion skills

Field sales experience preferred

Knowledge of financial products and credit documentation is a plus

Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Fixed)
