**Job Role - **Sales Manager

**Industry - DSA (Loan)**

**Location - **Nirman Vihar, Delhi

**Salary - **30k - 50k Per Month

**Experience - Must have atleast 1 year experience in loan sales**

**Responsibilities -**

**Customer Acquisition**: Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships with customers to generate a consistent pipeline of loans

**Market Intelligence**:Stay abreast of real estate market trends and dynamics in your assigned territory to anticipate customer needs and opportunities.

**Relationship Management**: Foster strong relationships with existing customers ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

**Lead Generation**: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by following up on warm leads and exploring potential customers.

**Sales Execution**: Employ a multi-faceted sales approach, including personalized outreach, targeted marketing campaigns, and networking activities, to effectively engage with prospects and close deals.

**Proposal Management**:Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) from both new and existing clients in a timely and professional manner.

**Data Management**:Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer and partner data within our CRM system, providing weekly reports to management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
