**Job Title: Tele Calling Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Psquare’s products and services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into appointments or sales.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Handle customer objections and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work closely with the sales or marketing team to support campaign goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a High School Diploma; a graduate degree is a plus.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
