Handling sales entirely over the phone
- Solving questions regarding the product and services
- Introducing the company to customers over phone call
- Answering all product related queries
- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and services
- Should be multilingual and fluent in any other regional language apart from being fluent in Malayalam and English
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively.
- Proven experience in customer service, tele-calling, or a related role.
- Familiarity with telecommunication systems.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
