About Chanakya:
At Chanakya Educational Institution, we are dedicated to providing quality education and shaping the future of our students. We are seeking a passionate Tele Calling Executive to help us connect with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students from our database to promote our educational programs.
- Provide detailed information about courses, admission processes, and eligibility criteria.
- Address queries and concerns from potential students and their families, ensuring a positive experience.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve monthly targets and improve conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling or sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Educational qualification: Minimum +2.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Malayalam.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
