**Position**:Tele caller**
**Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time**
**Location: Remote (Work from Home)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers based on provided leads.
- Handle calls professionally, addressing customer queries, and providing information about products/services.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- **Sales and Promotions**:

- Inform customers about promotional offers and recommend relevant products or services.
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets as set by the organization.
- **Data Management**:

- Update customer information and interaction details accurately in the company CRM or database.
- Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department.
- **Feedback Gathering**:

- Collect feedback from customers to improve the products/services and overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)] (e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening skills and customer empathy.
- **Technical Requirements**:

- Stable internet connection.
- Working computer or laptop with a headset.
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace.
- **Work Hours**:

- Flexible shifts (based on company requirements, e.g., part-time or full-time).
