**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Drafting**:

- Create detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software.
- Assist in the preparation of conceptual designs and 3D visualizations.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- **Project Support**:

- Work closely with the senior architect and project team to develop project specifications and timelines.
- Participate in site visits to assess progress and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues.
- **Material and Cost Analysis**:

- Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project goals.
- Support the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for architectural elements.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work with the project management team to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into designs.
- **Research and Innovation**:

- Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, tools, and sustainable practices.
- Propose innovative design solutions to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, permits, and approvals.
- Submit progress reports to senior architects and project managers as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Licensed or pursuing licensure in architecture (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience in architecture or real estate design.
- Internship or previous experience in real estate projects is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent visualization, design, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
