- **Financial Planning & Budgeting**:

- Prepare and manage budgets for real estate projects.

- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) and external parties (brokers, contractors, consultants) to achieve objectives.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in real estate management, investment, or related fields (3-7 years for specialist roles; 3+ for managerial roles).
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple real estate projects simultaneously.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, regulations, and practices.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and financial analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Certifications**:

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Investment Member [CCIM], Real Estate Broker License, or Project Management Professional [PMP]) are an advantage.
