**Job Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical, and operations to resolve customer needs
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers
- Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction score
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or service roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., agriculture, e-commerce, IT] customer support
- Fluency in multiple languages will be an advantage
- Language preferable Telugu
