7. Collaborating with other departments for customer needs.
8. Maintaining a knowledge base for self-service support.
9. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
10. Handling the schedule of classes time to time

**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is advantageous.
- Empathetic approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to adapt and learn about company products and services.
