As a Customer Support and Subscription Renewal Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent after-sales services to our valued customers. **Job Description**:
Our goal is to deliver exceptional post-purchase assistance, with a strong emphasis on ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating subscription renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our devices and provide clear, step-by-step instructions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns.
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our service and exceed customer expectations.
- Stay updated on our product offerings and industry developments.
2. Subscription Renewal:
- Reach out to existing customers for subscription renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Explain the benefits and features of renewing subscriptions.
- Maintain a record of subscription renewals and effectively manage customer renewals and billing processes.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification (mandatory).
- Prior experience in customer support, especially with technical issues, is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with IoT devices and troubleshooting skills is a plus.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to go the extra mile.
- Excellent team collaboration and organizational skills.
- Capability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries simultaneously.
Salary & Perks:
Salary Bracket:
1.84 LPA to 3.2 LPA: Competitive salary within the range of 1.84 LPA to 3.2 LPA, based on skills and interview performance.
