**Role description**:
**Job Title**: Scrum Master - Agile & DevOps Support
**Experience**: 8 to 11 Years
**Location**: Any UST Location

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Department**: Agile Delivery / IT Services

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Proven experience as a **Scrum Master** supporting Agile software development teams.
- Strong understanding of **Agile principles, practices**, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Working knowledge of **DevOps processes**, including CI/CD, release planning, and environment coordination.
- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Skilled in identifying impediments and fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Strong communication, leadership, and **stakeholder management** skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead one or more Agile teams as a Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
- Drive the team’s focus on delivering value and meeting sprint goals.
- Support integration of **DevOps practices** into Agile workflows for efficient development and deployment.
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and support continuous delivery pipelines.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint progress.
- Act as a coach to the team and stakeholders to ensure Agile maturity and adoption.
