Netstratum is looking for a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The Scrum Master will guide teams in Agile practices, remove impediments, and ensure collaboration and continuous improvement across all development efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of Scrum methodology and exceptional interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams, providing guidance and coaching on agile values, principles, and practices.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Collaborate with the product owner to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and ready for development.
- Remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress and escalate issues when necessary.
- Promote and facilitate team self-organization and continuous improvement, fostering an environment of trust, creativity, and innovation.
- Track and report on team velocity and other key metrics to help the team optimize its performance and deliver on commitments.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of agile adoption within the organization.
- Actively promote and support the adoption of agile values and principles throughout the organization, serving as a change agent for agile transformation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certifications are highly desirable. Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an agile software development environment.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve conflicts and promote a positive team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools and software development practices.
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally)
