In this role, you will be responsible for two agile Scrum teams and their continuous development. As the whole segment is developing according to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), you will ensure a good collaboration between the teams in the release train. **Your Tasks**:
- You are responsible for continuously improving collaboration, communication and transparency within and between your teams and others.
- You support the teams in achieving their sprint goals.
- You identify team dynamics and blockages, make them transparent and solve them together with the team.
- You continuously develop the agile approach in the teams and actively shape the processes in the release train.
- You coach the development teams with regard to agile methods and conduct team-internal trainings.
You accompany and moderate team and Scrum events as well as CoPs
**Your Profile**:
- You have a B.Tech/M.Tech university degree in Computer Science.
- You have an extensive agile methodology suitcase and can look back on several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach (M/F/d).
- You are an excellent communicator (M/F/d) with high empathy skills and can motivate others.
- You recognize potential conflicts at an early stage and take the initiative to resolve them sustainably or, if possible, prevent them.
- You are enthusiastic about agility, change management and team development.
