**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance with process design.
- Provide support and maintenance of UiPath based process automation in production
- On Call Coverage
- Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the availability of automated business processes and resolution of any issues that affect the execution of bots.
- Determination of root cause of incidents (configuration vs defect)
- Liaison with appropriate teams for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve incidents.
- Provides for the ongoing operations availability and stability for RPA infrastructure such as servers, UiPath Orchestrator network and VM as per requirements and business directives.
- Alert monitoring, reporting and escalations.
- Understanding the existing process and have a deep understanding of the automation process to provide better support.
- Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.
- Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions and assure the quality of the automation
- Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
- Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.

**UiPath Support Requirements**:

- Should have knowledge of Spanish language.
- Scheduling and monitoring bots in production.
- Coordinating with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the availability of automated business processes and resolution of any issues that affect the execution of bots.
- Publish a dashboard with bot execution results.
- Co-ordination with business SMEs for process exceptions or failures of bots.
- Maximize the utilization of runners (licenses) by scheduling the processes effectively.
- Familiarity with UiPath and Microsoft Office Excel (Macros as well)
- Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques related to networks and systems i.e., remote access tools, windows support tools, connectivity tests etc.
- Ability to read and understand code for diagnosis, escalation and other essentials.
- General understanding of how web-based tools work and experience developing and consuming APIs.
- Ability to understand the bigger picture from and overall integration architecture perspective.
- Strong understanding of Orchestrator component (deployment, triggers, jobs execution, robots, process, queue)
- Hands-on experience on UiPath studio and proven track record for deliver RPA process as an individual contributor.
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.

**Salary**: ₹8,665.19 - ₹41,479.01 per month
