Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support Engineer L2, located in Bengaluru. The Support Engineer L2 will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer and technical support, and ensuring smooth operation of operating systems. The role involves close interaction with customers to resolve their issues and support their needs effectively.
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic L2 Support Engineer to provide day-to-day support for enterprise clients. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams, ensure SLA adherence, and support production deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Handle L2 client issues, analyze logs, and escalate when needed.
- Assign/follow up with L3 until closure.
- Support production release deployment & monitoring.
- Ensure SLA compliance and quality improvements.
Skills Required:
- Basic SQL query knowledge.
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Formatting).
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
General:
- Education: Any degree.
- Languages: English, Hindi; regional language a plus.
