**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Subject Matter Expertise**:

- Research and develop high-quality educational content aligned with curriculum standards.
- Review and validate content accuracy, ensuring conceptual clarity and relevance.
- Provide guidance on instructional design and learning methodologies.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with educational standards.

**2. Project Management**:

- Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Allocate tasks and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality benchmarks.

**3. Team Coordination & Communication**:

- Collaborate with instructional designers, content writers, graphic designers, and developers.
- Provide training and guidance to the content development team.
- Conduct regular team meetings and status updates.

**4. Content Development & Review**:

- Develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including PPTs, videos, and assessments.
- Ensure alignment with curriculum frameworks and learning objectives.
- Review and edit content for consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Adapt content for different learning formats (online, offline, blended learning).

**5. Quality Assurance & Compliance**:

- Implement quality control measures in content development.
- Ensure projects comply with educational regulations and standards.
- Gather feedback from learners, educators, and stakeholders for content improvement.

**6. Stakeholder & Client Management**:

- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Gather requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Address client feedback and incorporate necessary changes.

**7. Process Improvement & Innovation**:

- Identify opportunities for optimizing project workflows.
- Implement best practices in content development and project execution.
- Introduce innovative learning techniques and technology-driven solutions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent project management skills (preferably with PMP or Agile certification).
- Proficiency in content development tools (e.g., MS PowerPoint, eLearning software).
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum planning.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
