**Skills**

Explain complex ideas in simple language

**Core Tasks**
- Strong knowledge of higher secondary chemistry
- Generate content in ways that are appealing to the user and as per the demand of the organization
- Hands on experience in operating MathType, ChemDraw and Word Editor
- Review and finalise storyboards for multimedia and point out content errors and pedagogical inconsistencies
- Assessment development for higher secondary
- Should be able to solve, review and close chemistry problems, chemical reaction & mechanisms and their detailed solutions for grades 9-12
- Provide feedback and guide writers and vendors to get the desired content as per the guidelines
- Review integrated videos
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Requirements**:
**Skills required**:
**Minimum 6-7 years of experience in any of the following profiles**
- Chemistry Teacher in higher grades (Class 9 to 12)
- K-12 digital content development and review
- Proven work experience in instructional design
- Experience in CBSE grades 11-12, and competitive examinations pedagogy

Master of Science in Chemistry

or
- Ph.D. in Chemistry

B.Ed. is a Plus.

Certification in Online Learning Design or Education management is a plus.
