Position: Logical Reasoning Subject Matter Expert

Job Overview:
LogIQids is an IIT-IIM alumni initiative focused on bringing about important changes in the field of K-9 education. We help develop important 21st century skills like analytical thinking, problem solving in school children. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Logical reasoning Subject Matter Expert to join our Content Team. As a Logical Reasoning Subject Matter Expert, you'll create exciting logic-based questions, design diverse question varieties, and develop instructional material and detailed solutions.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design thought-provoking logical reasoning questions that challenge learners' critical thinking abilities, aligning with educational standards and guidelines.

2. Innovate and create various question formats to provide learners with diverse logical challenges, fostering adaptability and agile problem-solving.

3. Prepare comprehensive instructional content that offers step-by-step guidance for logical problem-solving, catering to different learning styles.

4. Develop clear and structured solutions for each question, explaining logical processes to guide learners effectively.

5. Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of all created content.

7. Analyze user feedback and performance data to continuously improve logical reasoning materials.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2. Prior experience in creating logical reasoning questions, instructional material, and solutions is a plus although not mandatory.

3. Excellent written communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.

4. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in content creation.

5. A genuine passion for education and helping learners develop logical reasoning skills.
