**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic freshers to join our sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our residential construction projects to prospective clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet and interact with walk-in clients and understand their requirements.
- Provide complete project information and suggest suitable options.
- Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features.
- Build good relationships with customers for future business.
- Maintain and update client databases regularly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
- Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques.
- Ability to build trust and relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Work location: Mahaveer Crystal Garden Project, Pillar No. 86, Attapur Main Road, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad.
