**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver training modules focused on retail sales, customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.
- Conduct induction training for new joiners in retail roles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to retail associates and store managers.
- Monitor store performance and recommend additional training needs.
- Keep training content updated based on new product launches, market trends, or process changes.
- Maintain training records and prepare periodic training reports.
- Work closely with the HR and Sales teams to identify skill gaps and performance improvement areas.
- Travel to multiple store locations (if required) to deliver training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a diploma in Retail Management or related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire frontline staff.
- Fluency in English and local language(s) preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Training & Development / Retail Management.
- Experience working with retail brands in fashion, electronics, FMCG, or lifestyle segments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning platforms (LMS).
