**We are looking for a Customer Support Executive,**
**This role includes night shifts on a rotational basis,**
**Location - Mumbai (Lower Parel / Currey Road).**
**Responsibilities**:
- Interacting with customers on daily basis.
- Listening to customers patiently and helping them resolve issues.
- Helping customers with their product queries.
- Misc day to day activities.
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base
- Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
- Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
- Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
- Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work night shifts (For male employees only).
- Ability to work overtime as required by business -most often occurring in the weeks surrounding the festive season (EID and Diwali).

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400013, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Support: 1 year (preferred)
- Blended Process: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
