**Guest Relation Executive / Front Office Executive ( Female)**
Location: Banaswadi, Bangalore

We are seeking a Guest Relation Executive / Front Office Executive to join our dynamic team at ESA. If you have a passion for hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy creating a welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests, visitors, and students with a warm and professional demeanor.
Coordinate with staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain records and documentation efficiently.
Assist in planning and organizing events and institute activities.
- **1. Handling Inquiries**:
- Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, admission criteria, and career prospects.
- **2. Lead Generation and Follow-Up**:
- Reach out to prospective students through outbound calls to generate interest in the institute.
- **3. Counseling**:
- Understand the needs and goals of students to recommend suitable programs.
- Clarify doubts and concerns regarding the curriculum, facilities, and career opportunities.
- **4. Promotional Activities**:
- Assist in marketing efforts by promoting the institute during fairs, seminars, webinars, and open house events.
- Highlight the unique selling points (USPs) of the institute to attract students.
- **5. Application Assistance**:
- Verify submitted documents for accuracy and completeness.
- **6. Collaboration with the Admissions Team**:
- Ensure deadlines and quotas for admissions are met.
- **7. Reporting and Record Management**:
- Maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or other tools.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports for management on lead conversion and admissions.
- **Skills Required**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and persuasion abilities to promote the institute.
- Knowledge of hotel management courses and industry trends.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or admission tools.
**Qualification**
- An Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree( preferred ) in any related field may be preferred
- 0-1 years of experience for entry-level positions
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience working with and speaking to young adults
- Willingness to travel and and present information for admission purposes
- Ability to work extended hours during critical admissions seasons
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively
- Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalism
**Requirements**:
Gender: Female
Personality: Pleasant and professional attitude
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Hindi & Kannada (additional languages are a plus).
Customer Service: Ability to handle guest inquiries gracefully and efficiently.
Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and reservation systems is an advantage.
