**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day business operations, ensure smooth workflow across departments, and support process efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure business processes run smoothly.
- Coordinate with different departments (HR, Sales, IT, Admin, etc.) to ensure timely task completion.
- Monitor and track performance metrics, reporting to management as required.
- Assist in planning, process improvements, and implementation of new strategies.
- Handle documentation, data management, and compliance-related tasks.
- Support vendor management, inventory, and procurement as needed.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain efficiency.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Operations/Management or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in operations or administration role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
