Our proficiency in cutting-edge technologies and the emphasis on the organization’s DNA has helped us deliver business and enterprise solutions tailored to customer needs.Roles & Responsibilities- Make outbound cold calls to potential merchants and brands and introduce our product in a clear and confident manner. - Identify decision-makers, understand basic requirements, and schedule discovery or demo calls for the sales team. - Maintain consistent follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email using predefined templates. - Record all customer interactions, call outcomes, and next steps accurately in the CRM. - Handle basic objections and communicate the value proposition effectively. - Share brochures, videos, testimonials, and other marketing materials with prospects. - Conduct basic research to identify new lead sources and merchant segments. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and alignment. - Adhere to daily targets for call volume, connects, and meetings booked.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. - Strong communication skills with confidence in speaking over phone calls. - Ability to handle high-volume calling and repeated outreach. - Basic understanding of sales processes or willingness to learn on the job. - Familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking activities. - Good interpersonal skills and a positive, persistent mindset.Preferred Skills- Prior experience in telesales, customer outreach, or call center roles. - Comfortable learning about new industries - Ability to quickly learn scripts, product features, and value messaging.
