Role Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all project activities, including card issuance, data uploads, customer registration, and compliance tasks. The role involves administrative coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and partner support to ensure that project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

**Role & Responsibility**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle daily card issuance, card orders, printing, dispatch, stock reporting, and data uploads.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth project execution.

Maintain accurate documentation, project approvals, meeting minutes, and operational logs.

Support stakeholder and partner communication, addressing queries and concerns.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Prepare MIS reports and project updates for management.

Identify operational trends and suggest process improvements.

Contribute to risk identification, compliance tracking, and turnaround time optimization.

Skills Required:
Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using relevant software tools.

Competencies:
