We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Operations Executive** to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operations Management**
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.

**Advanced Excel and MIS Reporting**
- Create and maintain complex spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Prepare and update MIS reports to support business decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

**Customer Query Handling**
- Address and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure clear and timely information flow.

**Documentation and Compliance**
- Maintain up-to-date operational records and reports.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- A proactive and responsible approach to work.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum **1-2 years** of experience as an Operations Executive or in a similar role.
