Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive rapport with customers.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service level targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in an international customer service role.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and related software.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing customer demands.
