**Reports To**: Head of Sports / Director of Athletics / Team Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and implement effective training sessions and practice schedules.
- Teach cricket techniques, strategies, and game rules to players.
- Analyze individual and team performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and a positive sporting attitude.
- Scout and assess player potential for selection and development.
- Prepare the team physically and mentally for tournaments and matches.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during training and games.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper use of training facilities.
- Communicate with parents, staff, and management as needed.
- Stay updated with modern coaching techniques and cricket developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cricket coach or in a related role.
- Coaching certifications (e.g., ICC Level 1/2/3 or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the game’s rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with players of varying age groups and skill levels.
- First aid certification is a plus.
