Who we're looking for:
An Engineering Manager with 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years leading high-performing dev teams in the gaming space. Hands-on experience with Unity and backend architecture is essential. A track record of building and shipping game features is a big plus.

What you'll be doing:

Lead a cross-functional team
of 8–12 engineers (FE - Unity), mentoring and coaching them to do their best work.

Drive the technical vision
and align engineering efforts with business and product goals.

Architect scalable systems
across both client and server – from gameplay to backend infrastructure.

Plan and deliver features
with clarity and speed – balancing roadmap goals with quality, stability, and performance.

Act as the glue
between Product, Design, and QA – ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all teams.

Set and enforce engineering best practices
through regular code reviews, testing standards, and performance benchmarks.

Unblock and support your team
by clearing roadblocks, resolving dependencies, and improving day-to-day workflows.

Own releases and deployments
, making sure features go live smoothly and are supported post-launch.

Track team productivity & output
, ensuring timely delivery of features without compromising on quality.

Help your team grow
, with 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development plans.

Represent engineering in leadership forums
, influencing org-wide decisions and long-term strategy.

Bonus if you have:

Experience with live games, mobile or PC titles

Exposure to AWS/GCP and modern backend infrastructure

An understanding of game economy, monetization, and real-time multiplayer systems

Experience using analytics and telemetry for data-driven development
