**Sales administration**:Managing sales calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating sales calls, generating sales proposals, and preparing sales presentations.
- **Customer support**:Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, providing product information, and managing customer accounts.
- **Order processing**:Entering sales orders, tracking order status, coordinating delivery logistics, and resolving order issues.
- **Data management**:Maintaining accurate sales data in CRM systems, generating sales reports, tracking key sales metrics, and analyzing sales performance.
- **Sales team support**:Providing administrative assistance to sales representatives, preparing sales materials, and coordinating sales team meetings.
- **Lead generation**:Qualifying leads, identifying potential customers, and supporting lead nurturing activities.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring adherence to sales policies and procedures, including data privacy regulations.

Required skills:

- **Excellent communication skills**: Both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and sales team members.
- **Strong organizational skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize deadlines.
- **Attention to detail**: To ensure accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- **Proficiency in CRM systems**: Familiarity with sales software to manage customer data and sales pipeline.
- **Microsoft Office skills**: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and report generation.
- **Problem-solving abilities**: To identify and resolve customer issues and sales process challenges.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
