Based in Vapi, our manufacturing facility serves clients across India and internationally, including architects, interior designers, and luxury property developers.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Assistant (Lead Processing & Customer Coordination) to join our on-site team in Vapi. This is a full-time role focused on managing and converting incoming leads from digital channels such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and our website. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries, understanding client needs, providing product details and quotations, and coordinating with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.Key Responsibilities Handle and respond to new leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, and website chatsQualify and categorize leads based on customer type and requirementShare product details, pricing, technical sheets, and care guides with customersPrepare quotations and assist in the order placement processMaintain detailed lead records in CRM / Google Sheets systemCoordinate with the production and dispatch teams for order updatesFollow up with leads and clients to ensure timely conversionsSupport the senior sales team with communication, documentation, and reportingProvide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journeyQualifications Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must (spoken and written)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsGood understanding of digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, etc.)Basic knowledge of sales processes and documentationHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks efficientlyPrior experience in sales coordination or customer service preferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
