Role: Canteen Admin

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the industrial canteen ensuring hygiene, quality and timely food service.
- Manage food vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and food safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits of kitchen, storage, and dining areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food preparation and serving processes to ensure quality and portion control.
- Maintain records related to food safety certifications, audits, and inspections.
- Plan and implement cost-effective menus in coordination with nutritionists or dieticians if required.
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Address employee feedback and resolve issues related to food quality or service.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including FSSAI, HACCP, and other relevant certifications.
- Prepare and manage canteen budgets, including cost control and inventory management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, or related field (preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience in managing industrial or institutional canteens.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and audit procedures.
- Familiarity with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, or similar certifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory and cost management tools/software.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
