Zero non-compliances Responsible for Plant Statutory Compliances Work towards consistently improving compliance based on audit remarks Periodic submission of Returns to the Govt under Factories Act 1948 and other Allied Acts including Factory License on time Attend Govt Inspections and Audits Implement Correction Improvement points raised in the Audit End to end closure of Audit Observations Smooth Operation Governance of various statutory committees - Work s Committee Grievance Redressal Committee POSH Safety Committee Maintaining the statutory records and registers Regular updation of records and forms for all applicable Labour Related Laws ensuring reliability and retrial of the same Responsible for Regulation of contract labour employment Assessment of contracts Registration -
