**Role & responsibilities**:

- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics affecting the auto parts and spare parts industry, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue from international markets, with a focus on the United States.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and partners, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and support.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospects and clients, highlighting the value proposition and unique selling points of our products and services.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of sales strategies.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in international sales, preferably in the auto parts and spare parts industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in international markets, with a focus on the United States.
- Strong understanding of international sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closing.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, analyze data, and develop actionable sales plans.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction, value creation, and long-term relationship building.

- Friday)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
