**Responsibilities**:
**I) Order Acceptance**
- Order Acceptance Preparation
- Amendment of Order Acceptance
- Pro forma Invoice
- After checking Order Acceptance / Pro forma Invoice mail to be sent to client.
- If any HOLD points for preparation of Order Acceptance that is to be co-ordinate with Client / Concerned Person

**II)Documentation**
- Dispatch Details / Document to be sent to Client.
- LC Document submission & follow up till LC Acceptance.

**III)Sales Co-Ordination**
- Preparation of Pending Order Statement
- Co-ordination with Client for Payment / Dispatch Clearance / Letter of Credit upto dispatch
- Billing & Dispatch Handling.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
