We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator with expertise in

generating leads for the export market of scientific products and Testing equipments used in

establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in

achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation:
Identify and generate leads for laboratory scientific products and laboratory testing

Equipment in international markets through various channels, including online

research, social media, trade shows, and industry events.
- Customer Engagement:
Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs, provide

product information, and develop tailored solutions to meet their laboratory

requirements.
- Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials,

ensuring that all documentation is accurate and professional.
- Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential

opportunities for growth in the export market.
- Database Management:
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with

accurate lead information, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales

strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review,

highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Customer Follow-up:
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of customer

satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications:

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience:
2-4 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in the scientific

or laboratory products sector.
- Skills:

- Strong understanding of the export market and international sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build

rapport with clients.
- Ability to develop Channel Partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and sales performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced

environment.
