Import Export Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Import/Export Executive will provide support to the Import/Export Administrator and assist with the preparation of import and export documents, sales marketing and operations in compliance with customs and government regulations.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
**- Main Role is For International Business Communication In-House Sales And Marketing**

**- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.**

**- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.**

**- Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.**

**- Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.**

**- Performs other duties as assigned.**

**- 1. Handle areas of global business such as sales, logistics, and compliance**

**- 2. Manage the logistics of getting the goods to the purchaser in another country and for ensuring the goods meet the required standards of the importing country**

**- 3. Manage the sales and promotion of their company's goods abroad**

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies can be learnt
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- good handling on social media and other networking sites

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
