**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and Supervise Service Team**:

- Supervise waitstaff, bartenders, and other service staff during shifts.
- Assign specific tasks and stations to team members.
- Ensure the team is trained on proper service protocols and customer interaction.
- **Guest Service Excellence**:

- Greet and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, specials, and wine list to provide recommendations and answer questions.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Coordinate between kitchen staff, waitstaff, and management to ensure timely service and accuracy of orders.
- Communicate any special requests, dietary restrictions, or VIP customer needs to the kitchen and service staff.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that food and beverages are served correctly and to the highest quality.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and ambiance.
- Check service standards for table settings and guest readiness.
- **Training and Development**:

- Assist with training new service team members.
- Provide ongoing support, feedback, and coaching to improve performance.
- Monitor the performance of the team and suggest areas for improvement.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist with inventory control, including tracking of service-related supplies (e.g., napkins, utensils, condiments).
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and that any shortages are communicated to management.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that the team follows health and safety standards, including sanitation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding alcohol service and food safety.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food and beverage service, with some leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of customer service and hospitality standards.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Ability to multitask and manage a team efficiently.
- Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to be on your feet for long periods and manage a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a server, bartender, or supervisor.
- Certification in food safety or alcohol service.
- Proficiency with POS systems and reservation management software.

**Work Environment**:

- Typically works in restaurants, hotels, event venues, or catering environments.
- May work evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the establishment’s hours of operation.

Pay: ₹12,156.72 - ₹20,000.00 per month
