We are seeking an experienced F&B cum Sales Manager to lead our food and beverage team and drive sales growth. We are committed to providing exceptional guest experiences and rely on our F&B team to deliver outstanding service and quality.

- Responsibilities:_

F&B Manager Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain high-quality food and beverage services
- Oversee F&B teams, including restaurant, bar, and room service
- Develop and implement menus, promotions, and events
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Manage F&B budgets and inventory

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Manage sales teams and provide training and support
- Analyze sales data and report on performance
- Requirements:_
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of F&B management experience in the hospitality industry
- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, sales principles, and marketing strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Preferred Qualifications:_
- Certification in hospitality management or related field
- Experience with hotel F&B systems and software
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 2 years (preferred)
