Onsite work opportunity.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct contract abstraction, summarization, and management of contracts in the CLM platforms.
- Review commercial contracts according to playbook guidelines.
- Perform peer review to ensure the quality of critical clauses and data captured.
- Interpret and abstract various commercial contract documents, including MSAs, amendments, DPAs, NDAs, and nonstandard contracts.
- Accurately input data into CLM platforms such as Ironclad, Contract Works, Conga, and Icertis.
- Flag items requiring additional information for follow-up.

**Qualifications**
- Law Graduate with minimum1+ years of experience in Contract Management.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
