Executive Sales Assistant to CEO

Are you ready to be the driving force behind our CEO's success? As the Executive Assistant, your role is the ultimate blend of high-level support and dynamic responsibilities. While your primary focus will be on Sales and Marketing, you will also be involved in overseeing Operations.

**Your daily mission**:
1. Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director.

2. Follow-up Sales and generate leads for Training and SEO consultation.

4. Arrange travel and accommodations for training in case of offline classes.

5. Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc. Plan and schedule the meeting, conduct and take meeting notes.

6. Additional reponsibilities include - Creating a personal brand for the Director and managing his Social Media.

3. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

4. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

5. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

6. Thrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environment.

7. Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.

**Education and Experience**:
1. MBA or related field preferred.

2. 1 or 2 years of related experience required.

3. Stay motivated in a fully remote job
