Assist in basic administrative tasks
- Responsible for receiving clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Attending phone calls and responding to WhatsApp, Instagram and facebook messages
- Scheduling online and In Person appointments
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, Polite and attentive communication with clients
- Perform routine cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain a neat and hygienic environment.
- Assist in arranging and organizing office equipment, furniture, and supplies as needed.
- Assist in making photocopies, scanning documents, and filing paperwork as directed.
- Run errands outside the office, such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents etc.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
